World no Tobacco Day 2024 : Discussion Meeting at Udayan Bidyalaya

MANAS and Udayan Uchcha Madhyamik Bidyalaya jointly organized a discussion meeting on WNTD held on 31 May at Udayan Biddalaya at 3:30pm. Hon’ble Agriculture Minister Dr. Md. Abdus Shahid MP was the chief guest and over 200 students including teachers has participated in the event.  Jahura Begum, Principle of Udayan Uchcha Madhyamik Bidyalaya, Adv. Syed Mahbubul Alam, Sr. Technical Advisor of Vital Strategies and Mr. Mukit Majumder Babu, Founder of Impress Group was the special guest in the event.

Students were sensitize about TAPS, TII. They also committed to ensure their home 100% smoke free. This year MANAS given the “WNTD smoke free personality award” to media personality Mr. Mukit Majumder Babu and Hasan Ahmed Chowdhury Kiron Hasan.
